Our group of four play this golf course 2-3 times a year driving down from Adelaide. Excellent layout and one of the most challenging in SA.Very peaceful setting amongst the gum trees. Lots of kangaroos. This is an excellent course to play all year round, particularly in winter when other golf courses are boggy. Weve just had a heat wave of 40+ degrees for a number of days. The golf course survived and was in excellent condition - both the fairways and the greens. Well done to the greenkeepers. Our only issue: We have been getting seniors rates but the person in the pro shop told us on arrival that this had changed........ he did however give us member visitor rates for the day. They also dont include themselves in golfing voucher books - making the course an expensive $40 mid week ($50 weekend) when compared to other nearby golf courses ($17 with 2for1 vouchers) and if you include the cost of driving there it becomes an expensive day trip. I reckon they should bring back Seniors rates at a minimum and include themselves in discount voucher books. Better to get $100 from the four of us than no money!!!

An interesting layout with some amazing vistas on certain holes. Course condition was reasonable (sad to see Kik taking over couch though). The course is not overly visitor friendly; lots of blind shots and no map/yardages seemed available. Some on-course signage would also be helpful. Would be a lot more enjoyable once played a few times to become familiar with layout.
Great golf course. Well looked after. Greens in excellent smooth condition. Super and polite service in golf shop and bar and dining area.
