The food was ok but for the prices it should have been higher quality, my duck leg was basically dry and fried quite disappointed for $27
Lovely and peaceful with great views of the golf course and country side. Been here for a number of occasions over the space of a year with my own family and groups sampling different meals each time. I'd have to say that it's pretty good food. Our food has always been fresh, seasonal, plentiful and presented nicely within reasonable time frames. Unfortunately little old Mount Compass does get looked over a easily.Be good once the Golf course builds the accommodation! (put in a pool, tennis courts, day spa etc) and it will be a lovely getaway with plenty of local produce places close by.
